Voter Photo ID Laws and Your Medical Marijuana Card Is Valid Under New Michgan Law.

 Breaking News from Lansing!

On December 29th, 2020 a new law took effect requiring that your driver’s license image will be shared with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation (LARA) to finally place a photo on the Michigan Medical Marijuana Card. Currently the Michigan driver’s license photo is shared for a citizen requiring a carrying a concealed weapon card.

Since the program’s inception, patients were being given a terse message saying that no photograph is available. This policy is causing business owners to use third party vendors that make a copy of your driver’s license and medical marijuana card, increasing the chance of identity theft. This was also a policy of previous administrations who did not want the program to succeed for political and "moral" reasons. In the beginning, a paper process for your card took 90 days up to one year to process. Now it takes only 2 weeks and, placing the picture on the card would complete process.

#FakeNews

Public Act 306, Section 2, Part 6(e) requires that the image be shared by the Secretary of State's office to LARA for use by the department for your card. This change will also be valid for voting, cashing checks, and any other instance where a photo ID is required. Implementation of the new cards were promised in March 2021 by MRA Director Andrew Brisbo however, the Office of the Secretary of State is currenly hesitant to comply with the new law.

2020 US Senate Battleground States Regarding Cannabis Reform in America.

A Public Service Message from the 420 Green Jobs Coalition.

If you live in any one of these states, it is very important that you elect a US Senator that supports marijuana decriminalization, removing marijuana from the Controlled Substances act and, evicting all federal prisoners incarcerated for Marijuana crimes. As of now 40 out of 50 states have laws or legislation to legalize or decriminalize federal marijuana crimes.

States that have CBD oil and reduced sentences are a start but, we must do better than just an half-ass effort that results in continued imprisonment for marijuana crimes at state and federal levels.

Don't let a Mike Bloomberg type pull a deep fake on you regarding Marijuana reform.  Stop and frisking someone for using marijuana as a medicine is an unpardonable sin. Supporting Gov. Rick Snyder does not help either.  All you have to do is look at the job done in Flint MI. Mr. Bloomberg supported anti-marijuana efforts in Michigan and, was unsuccessful in doing so.

Currently two member nations of the United Nations Office of Drug Control, the United States and, Russia are blocking a vote in Vienna Austria to decriminalize Cannabis worldwide by demanding more research. The action by these two member states is continuing the policy of mass incarceration in State and Federal prisons.

With a change in the Senate, the Food and Drug Administration will assist the Drug Enforcement Agency on policy toward the Cannabis plant. In Kentucky for example cannabis is a viable alternative to the Opioid abuse crisis and, bankrupt farmers could retain ownership of their property.  There are so many people in federal jails for Marijuana like Danny Trevino of the  Lansing Michigan Four and, Mike Thompson in the State of Michigan. Some of the senators listed below are blocking legislation to drastically overhaul the process.

The good news is that there are Senate candidates like Doug Jones that have been friendly to Marijuana reform in Alabama and, is facing strong opposition by candidates who want to maintain the status quo In Georgia, there are TWO seats open if everyone who knows someone cities like Augusta, Atlanta, Griffin, Macon for starters, takes their blunt to the ballot box, good things will happen.

420 Green Jobs Coalition with Attorney Jeff Hank

With a different group of jurors in the Senate, federal judges who continue to support the fallacy of  marijuana being a Schedule I drug with no value, can be impeached, reprimanded, removed and, replaced if necessary. It takes the approval of 38 out of 50 states to add a new amendment to the US Constitution to decriminalize and manufacture products using the Cannabis plant.  As of February 2020, 40 states that have approved Cannabis use in oils, medically, and recreational form.

Therefore you must show up and vote for 420 cannabis friendly candidates in your state on or, before November 3rd, 2020 8pm local time.

Cannabis Across Borders Supports Breaking Treaties at Ports of Entry. Take it to the Ambassador Bridge

By Cannabis Across Borders

Now is the time to contact your international representative at the United Nations regarding Medical Marijuana at international ports of entry. On March 14 through 22 the 62nd convention of the Commission on Narcotics and Drugs will be meeting in Vienna Austria. One of the topics will be to reclassify Marijuana worldwide. The commission is composed of a 53 member nation board to vote on proposals made by the World Health Organization, after admitting that they were wrong about Marijuana.

Let Weedom Ring!

The new international classification for Marijuana will stop all arrests, fines, and convictions of patients at ports of entry.  By breaking this treaty  medical marijuana patients would be allowed to possess up to 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of medicine for personal without arrest, fines, or deportation. This is the only treaty that we can break and no one will get arrested at the Ambassador Bridge or Tunnel.

Now that Federal Farm Act, Mexico, Canada and, over 30 US States have passed some type of marijuana reform law the time for change is now. Therefore you must call your international representative today, tomorrow, and the next day after that and tell them to adapt the resolutions!

Contact Information:

In state and local news, the 2019 Michigan Democratic Spring Convention was a success in electing pro-cannabis friendly candidates. As a result of voting in November 2018, Michigan  Attorney General Dana Nessel has already dismissed over 100 marijuana cases that were inspired by the Bill Schuette anti weed Jihad movement.  Attorney General Nessel is supporting the Affordable Care Act in federal court and, removing all barriers to employment with the State of Michigan for anyone who uses marijuana as their medicine in possession of a Michigan Medical Marijuana Card that will include your picture.

John Sinclair
Currently the State of Michigan is a defendant in a lawsuit brought by Mr. John Sinclair regarding Marijuana being classified as a Schedule I drug with no medical value.  Attorney General Nessel has the option of joining the lawsuit as a plaintiff, similar to what Judge Robert Colombo did in the late evening in January 2018 to the voters in Detroit Michigan, invalidating election results of a marijuana ballot initiative, after supporting the right to place the issue in the November 2017 general ballot.  A default judgment in favor of the plaintiff will send a signal to all 435 US House of Representatives in Washington DC to support HR 420 removing Marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act.

Facing organized opposition, certain cities and townships have chosen to ban facilities in their community through zoning restrictions. These elected officials who choose to subvert the will of the voters may be recalled and replaced by people who support marijuana businesses despite the restrictions. Examples are townships like Royal Oak Michigan where Proposal 1 passed by a 2 to one margin, elected officials who oppose business may be removed from office through the recall process.

To change any zoning requirement in the State of Michigan, a protest petition must be filed and approved by 20% of the land owners in a city or township. With the passage of Proposal 1, this is the proper procedure to follow to change any zoning restriction. Townships like Sumpter, Royal Oak, and cities like Highland Park will be able to establish zoning regulations for their municipalities.

The cana-economy is here to stay and the question remains what to do with it. Removal of pre-employment drug testing for Marijuana in Michigan will remove the last vestiges of Harry Anslinger from our workplaces. Serving the public will become much more user friendly when you have more people working as elected officials, teachers, civil servants, lawyers, fire fighters, police, and information technology professionals. There will be more people working and creating products from the cannabis plant while helping the environment at the same time.

Urgent Message! Stop Voter Fraud Attempt by Detroit Business Owners

By The Weed Warrior

Your presence is being requested at room 913 Coleman Young Municipal Center, Wayne County Circuit Court  on Thursday, January 4th, 2018 @ 9AM   in the courtroom of the Hon. Judge Lita Popkey  to protest the attempt by a small group of Marijuana business owners to reject the results of the November 7th, 2017 vote to opt-into and rezone business in accordance with State Laws.
UPDATE: as of Jan. 3rd, 2018 @ 9:00pm.
Please go to room 701 instead, and ask (or call (313) 224-5430) Courtroom Clerk Matthew Johnson to meet with Judge Robert J. Colombo Jr.  to express your feelings about your vote being invalidated by special interest groups that want to monopolize the Detroit Marijuana Market. The people are the employer of any Board of Zoning or any other government entity and our Vote is our Voice that must be respected.
As of January 3rd, 2018 the Temporary Restraining Order has been vacated by Judge Colombo.  Therefore the new ordinance takes immediate effect as of 12:01 January 4th, 2018. This includes drive through facilities, as that part of the old ordinance was repealed also.
Website: Judge Robert J. Colombo

Clear the Confusion with Cannabis

This deplorable attempt to reject the results of an election is a direct slap in the face of anyone who has fought for and died for the right as a citizen to be a part of a vital democratic process. This appears to be an attempt for a few owners to prevent others from opening and, forcing others out.

We are urging Judge Popkey to dismiss this blatant attempt of voter fraud.

The plaintiffs in this lawsuit want the City of Detroit to continue to enforce the old Marijuana Ordinance that was repealed by the electorate by 60%.  Under the new State Law and City Ordinance, everyone who was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals has an advantage to finally achieve their license.  The City of Detroit website is being modified to accept the 5 different licenses that the State has authorized.

The Lansing/Okemos 7 - Marijuana Prisoners
Down with Pat Miles!   Vote Dana Nessel AG 2018

This litigation by these and other plaintiffs are unacceptable and illegal.  Children are being harmed because we are now telling them that voting does not mean anything at all, leading to voter apathy.

Per the Detroit City Charter any changes to the ordinance must wait 365 days before any action is taken to make any change. Then it must be voted upon by the PEOPLE instead of being rammed through by the council.  Any business supporting or sponsoring this voter fraud attempt must be boycotted and sanctioned by the Marijuana community.

Voting Straight D to Keep the Weed Free. 2014 Lame Ducks and The Future of Marijuana Law Reform

By Weed Warrior (with quotes from voters)

“When I Vote this time, I will remember in November what happened last December” -  UAW member and Medical Marijuana Patient.

"I am Voting the 420 Slate (click here) to get the economy straight" - A customer at Baker's Keyboard Lounge

The future of Marijuana as we know it is in danger, if you don’t vote straight Democratic and, for Supreme Court Judges Bernstine, Murphy, and Thomas.  People who want you to believe that legislators in Lansing will pass progressive Marijuana laws in Lame Duck session after the election will be lied to again. Just ask the Unions regarding Right to Work legislation that was passed after November 2012 election.  Another example is the Voter suppression involved to prevent the repeal of the Emergency Manager Law. Changing a law after the election so that the voters cannot change again is clear example of Voting Fraud.

"When you replace the letter U with an I in Lame Duck, this is what we will get in Lansing if we let those same guys win again like 2010"  - A Unidentified Female shopping at Mejiers on 8 mile and Woodward.

On a national level, electing Congressional Representatives and Senators that are Cannabis friendly, Marijuana would be removed from the Controlled Substances List. Leaders like Brenda Lawrence and John Conyers will pass laws allowing dollars to be transferred from incarceration into education, infrastructure upgrading like streets, sewers, lights, and other things needed.  To negate the effect of Statewide voter photo ID laws, taking a selfie at the polls with your provisional ballot in your hand is a possible legal answer to the problem. As long as you are a citizen outside of a Jail, you have the right to vote and have it counted by law.

Chef RA
R.I.P.
In 2014 the State of Colorado has made $45 million dollars in tax revenue from legal Marijuana sales in eight months. They are on track to make $62.5 million dollars in twelve months at the current rate of sales. In Michigan, land is being revitalized by people who have opened up compassion centers in Cities all over Michigan. The State is in line to make $100,000+ million dollars through the development of agricultural Industrial Hemp and, Cities that will have a new source of revenue from Marijuana sales and distribution.

With Mark Schauer in power, untapped revenue will appear in the State Budget from the discontinuance of asset forfeitures, arrests for Marijuana, and the empty jail cells that will be created afterwards. Godfrey Dillard will finally allow the technology to use your driver’s license picture on the Michigan Medical Marijuana so that you can use it as a valid photo id. Your card would be honored like every other government id at any bank, grocery store, or to cast a vote. Finally we will have an upgrade in the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Michigan. We are a Mark Totten away from green jobs and prosperity in Michigan. We will have responsible Attorney General in Mark because he will protect children and respect the will of the voters regarding Medical Marijuana, Emergency Mangers and, restore the integrity of the office to consumers.

2014 Wayne County 420/Green Slate Primary Election Guide - August 5, 2014

by  Weed Warrior

The following voters guide is based on a candidate's support of Green Jobs through the use, cultivation and, manufacturing of the male and female cannabis plant. While states like Colorado and Washington are benefiting from the explosion in green jobs, current Michigan legislators have been very lackluster when it comes innovation and job creation benefits from the acceptance of "The Plant".

The candidates endorsed on this slate would be the best fit to:
1.  Create a friendly environment for cannabis based businesses in the State of Michigan and regulate it's use as a free market commodity.
2.  Reverse the changes in the Michigan Medical Marijuana law that imposes senseless restrictions of the transporting of marijuana in a vehicle and, other changes that are designed to increase the pipeline to prison and, asset forfeiture cash cow that communities rely on.
3.  Creating Green jobs through the cultivation of  Industrial Hemp for products like fuel and building materials for homes, roads repair, and automobiles.
4.  Modify and remove restrictions on felons allowing them to be caregivers in the Michigan Medical Medical Marijuana program. Being honest on giving someone who made a mistake a true chance to succeed and, create jobs if so inclined to do so.
