2020 US Senate Election and Marijuana Reform - Wake Up Call Y'all

Did you know that federal judges can be impeached?  Continuing to enforce draconian marijuana laws despite the will of the people in 40 states out of the 50 in the union is a disgrace.  The only way to stop this is to elect Senators who will do the job and remove them from the bench.

On January 28th, 2020 Daniel Dairo Trevino of Lansing Michigan, was sentenced to 15 years and 8 months for 10 counts of maintaining a drug house, conspiracy to grow, sell, and manufacture marijuana under current federal laws. Mr. Trevino was the last of four defendants who were convicted under federal laws and the zealous pursuit of former Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette. Defendants, Delorez Lopez, Daniel Corbin, and John Bachleader took plea deals and all of them will be released by June 2022.

The justification for the convictions was an abuse of discretion by US District Judge Paul Maloney, assisted by the malfeasance of current members in the United States House and Senate. If this conviction is allowed to stand, your 10th amendment rights of the United States Constitution will be violated. States rights is a clause where the federal government must respect the rights of the citizens within it's boundaries. When the people of the State of Michigan passed laws to reschedule Marijuana and, voted to affirm that right, the federal government is required to "back off" from enforcing federal law.

Judge Maloney had the power to grant Mr. Trevino a sentence of time served but, chose to implement a decision based of folly instead of facts. The big folly in the room is declaring that marijuana is a Schedule I substance with no medical value. This statement has been proven false many times with many pieces of evidence to support it. 

Judge Maloney's failure to allow the four defendants to use state marijuana laws as a defense is an abuse of power and violates their Constitutional rights, specifically the 10th amendment regarding States Rights.  For a federal judge to ignore federal voting rights laws, deny proven research and, evidence establishing the medical value of Marijuana is an abuse of judicial discretion and power. The conduct of federal judges and the mis-scheduling of Marijuana to enable a flawed thought process toward imprisoning citizens for a plant is an impeachable offense.  

The President, Vice President and, all Federal Judges are subject to the impeachment process in the House, convicted and, removed from the bench in the Senate. Reasons for removal include (but not limited to)

• Violating the 10th amendment rights of the Citizens of the State of Michigan(States Rights).
• Failure to deviate from draconian sentencing guidelines for Marijuana. (Judicial malfeasance with a lack of courage) 

The rational for convicting the Lansing MI four is conduct detrimental to the voting rights of Michigan citizens. When conduct and actions are so egregious, an impeachment inquiry is required by the House Judiciary Committee.The sad part of this is that some within the marijuana industry wanted him to go to jail, not realizing that with this judge's ruling, any local agency with a US DEA agent observing the 'arrest', can do the same thing to you. 

To voice your displeasure you the citizen must ask for an impeachment inquiry by the House Judiciary Committee and your US representative.

Then contact every United States senator and demand that they vote to convict the judge. For the 33 seats that are up for election on or before November 3rd, 2020. You must elect people into the US Senate that will serve the people, not their party.

Electing an impartial jury to convict and remove offending judges from the bench is a priority in 2020.There will be no cover up of the evidence in a fair trial when, you elect a new and impartial jury of US Senators. They cannot run and hide from the evidence from medical professionals and patients alike.  Any current US Senator up for election or re-election must fess up to the people and do the right thing by executing the following actions.

1. Remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances List. 
2. The result of this action will trigger 
1. Immediate expungement of federal criminal records for all marijuana convictions 
2. The immediate eviction of people living in local, state, and federal prisons convicted of marijuana crimes.

Do your research on your candidate's prior and, current history on Federal Marijuana reform. Then cast your ballot at your city clerk's office or vote in person on November 3rd, 2020. Gov. Whitmer must Pardon all Michigan Citizens convicted of Marijuana Crimes TODAY!

An Urgent Message from the Weed Warrior to Michigan Citizens who have been convicted of Marijuana Crimes in the State. 

Michigan Gov Gretchen Whitmer must pardon and, expunge the records of Michigan citizens that have marijuana crimes with immediate effect.  While the House and Senate argue about a budget, citizens in Michigan are being tested and arrested for possession of cannabis. County commissioners statewide are counting on the continued obstruction by Lansing legislators to continue funding their budgets with fines and asset seizures of Marijuana patients and users.

A pardon from the Governor is the only way to get around a legislature that is hell bent on maintaining the status quo of the school to prison pipeline. While states like Nevada and Colorado expunging marijuana crimes from citizen records, Michigan legislators in the House and Senate are being  a bunch of obstructionists in the path of progress and social justice.

Certain prosecutors in Michigan charge defendants with 2 or more felonies to prevent them from expunging their criminal records. The true intent is to maintain budgets in their municipalities that get their income from rehabilitation programs and incarceration in for-profit jails.

The next group of people who would be impacted by an executive pardon are the interests that are promoting junk science with technology.  For instance, the sobriety meters for marijuana use that law enforcement is using has been proven false and misleading.  Singling out drivers under the influence of Marijuana vs someone who is under the influence of doctor prescribed psychotic drugs like Lositanie or Risperdal is a form of discrimination. 

There are many tests that show the levels of THC in a person’s bloodstream is irrelevant. 

State legislators have been frequently challenged to take a driver test under the supervision of the Michigan State Police on the effects of cannabis upon a Medical Marijuana patient, versus another legislator under the influence of psychotic, doctor prescribed drugs.

In addition to that test, another test involving 10 shots of rum vs 10 tokes from a marijuana only cigarette is requested to show that Insurance rates are all out of line and, promoted by interests in the for-profit prison industry. This includes the companies who promote the cannabis masking fluids and others like the technology companies developing the hardware supporting the junk science rules of the Michigan legislature.

Whitmer can maintain her agenda of fixing all of the damn roads, fixing the auto insurance rates and, repair the damage of Emergency Management upon the people of the State of Michigan.

Cannabis Across Borders Supports Breaking Treaties at Ports of Entry. Take it to the Ambassador Bridge

Now is the time to contact your international representative at the United Nations regarding Medical Marijuana at international ports of entry. On March 14 through 22 the 62nd convention of the Commission on Narcotics and Drugs will be meeting in Vienna Austria. One of the topics will be to reclassify Marijuana worldwide. The commission is composed of a 53 member nation board to vote on proposals made by the World Health Organization, after admitting that they were wrong about Marijuana.

The new international classification for Marijuana will stop all arrests, fines, and convictions of patients at ports of entry.  By breaking this treaty  medical marijuana patients would be allowed to possess up to 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of medicine for personal without arrest, fines, or deportation. This is the only treaty that we can break and no one will get arrested at the Ambassador Bridge or Tunnel.
   






Now that Federal Farm Act, Mexico, Canada and, over 30 US States have passed some type of marijuana reform law the time for change is now. Therefore you must call your international representative today, tomorrow, and the next day after that and tell them to adapt the resolutions!

In state and local news, the 2019 Michigan Democratic Spring Convention was a success in electing pro-cannabis friendly candidates. As a result of voting in November 2018, Michigan  Attorney General Dana Nessel has already dismissed over 100 marijuana cases that were inspired by the Bill Schuette anti weed Jihad movement.  Attorney General Nessel is supporting the Affordable Care Act in federal court and, removing all barriers to employment with the State of Michigan for anyone who uses marijuana as their medicine in possession of a Michigan Medical Marijuana Card that will include your picture.

Currently the State of Michigan is a defendant in a lawsuit brought by Mr. John Sinclair regarding Marijuana being classified as a Schedule I drug with no medical value.  Attorney General Nessel has the option of joining the lawsuit as a plaintiff, similar to what Judge Robert Colombo did in the late evening in January 2018 to the voters in Detroit Michigan, invalidating election results of a marijuana ballot initiative, after supporting the right to place the issue in the November 2017 general ballot.  A default judgment in favor of the plaintiff will send a signal to all 435 US House of Representatives in Washington DC to support HR 420 removing Marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act.



Facing organized opposition, certain cities and townships have chosen to ban facilities in their community through zoning restrictions. These elected officials who choose to subvert the will of the voters may be recalled and replaced by people who support marijuana businesses despite the restrictions. Examples are townships like Royal Oak Michigan where Proposal 1 passed by a 2 to one margin, elected officials who oppose business may be removed from office through the recall process.

To change any zoning requirement in the State of Michigan, a protest petition must be filed and approved by 20% of the land owners in a city or township. With the passage of Proposal 1, this is the proper procedure to follow to change any zoning restriction. Townships like Sumpter, Royal Oak, and cities like Highland Park will be able to establish zoning regulations for their municipalities.

The cana-economy is here to stay and the question remains what to do with it. Removal of pre-employment drug testing for Marijuana in Michigan will remove the last vestiges of Harry Anslinger from our workplaces. Serving the public will become much more user friendly when you have more people working as elected officials, teachers, civil servants, lawyers, fire fighters, police, and information technology professionals. There will be more people working and creating products from the cannabis plant while helping the environment at the same time.

When you vote YES on Proposals One, Two, and Three, you will be voting for jobs, justice, and education reform.  Within the new law is a provision for growing Industrial Hemp. Over  25,000 products can be manufactured from the plant and one of them is concrete. If you elect Gretchen Whitmer, Hempcrete will make our roads sweet because it will help to fix the damn roads all over Michigan, especially some of these bridges on the Interstate Freeway System and state trunk lines. 

Royal Oak Township Says YES on One

Higher Educational institutions like Michigan State University will prosper in the research and development of Hemp product if Proposal 1 passes. Just recently, Michigan State University in East Lansing MI was awarded a 2.4 million dollar grant form the National Institute of Health to do just that. MSU is an agricultural institution adopting cannabis research will have national implications for other institutes of higher learning. The revenue generated will be reinvested into student development and soften the damage of legal expenses incurred for a few bad apples that come along every now and then.

Recently Royal Oak Township in Oakland County Michigan had guest investors speak to the citizens regarding the old Mel Farr Ford Dealership converting it into a Marijuana grow and community facility. Project spokesperson former State Senator Virgil K. Smith along with Margret Brenner from Minorities in Marijuana did a great job in explaining the benefits of having a Marijuana facility like this in the community. Currently 8 mile road is a major trunk line that will allow potential customers easy access and exit with a community benefits agreement for cannabis to hire Royal Oak Township residents and direct where revenues are going. For instance, 30% of all revenue from sales will go toward local cities and townships, enabling them to have their own police, fire and educational system instead of paying Oakland County for them.

The Breakdown of revenue for Royal Oak Township, Oakland County and, State of Michigan goes like this: Local home rule provisions will allow locals to regulate facilities and secure local approval before getting licensed by the MM Licensing Board. These laws will help manage the estimated new jobs created by taxing facilities at the rate of %3 that will be distributed in the following manner.

• %30 to Counties (no more bankrupt Royal Oak Township)
• %30 to the General Fund diverted to the Firefighter Presumption of Cancer and First Responders Presumed Coverage Fund
• %25 to municipalities
• %5   to County Sheriffs
• %5   to MCOLES for training local police officers
• %5   to the Michigan State Police

When you vote in November it's to remember what happens in December. The Lame Duck legislature already has their plan in place to change your votes on Proposals 1, 2, and 3 because the Current Governor; Attorney General and Justices on State Supreme Court will let them do it. They are in charge until December 31st, 2018 at 11:59:59pm. With the support of the current Justices, they will render your votes invalid just like the Emergency Managers and other laws passed by the people. One of the clearest example of Voter Fraud is to allow the legislature to reinstate laws that were rejected by voters using the same language as a line item budget amendment to prevent it from being changed.

With a new Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and Supreme Court Judges ALL of the damage will be reversed through a massive system overhaul of processes and procedures. Electing a Lt. New Judges in the Supreme Court will undo the process of voter fraud by legislators into disallowing a legislature to override the votes of the people.
