Royal Oak Township MI Stands to Gain From $242 to $467 Thousand in Tax Revenue From the Passage of Proposal One

Field Report by Weed Warrior

With the passage of Proposal 1, the property belonging to the Old Mel Farr Ford dealership located at 10550 W. Eight Mile Road Ferndale MI 48220 will be redeveloped into a Health and Wellness center. In the township the proposal passed by a 2 to 1 margin with 664 votes yes and 428 votes no.

The city stands to gain up to $467,000 in income with licenses, excise and property taxes  assessed to the property.

This facility will be a treatment center, growing, and facility that will assist the poorest township in Oakland County Michigan to re-establish it's own police and recreation services for the residents. Recreation centers will benefit the most from the conversion of the facility because the current one is being closed.

Streets, Roads, and Royal Oak Township Benefit from Voting YES on Proposals 1, 2, 3, and Wayne County Comm College District

by Weed Warrior

When you vote YES on Proposals One, Two, and Three, you will be voting for jobs, justice, and education reform.  Within the new law is a provision for growing Industrial Hemp. Over  25,000 products can be manufactured from the plant and one of them is concrete. If you elect Gretchen Whitmer, Hempcrete will make our roads sweet because it will help to fix the damn roads all over Michigan, especially some of these bridges on the Interstate Freeway System and state trunk lines.

Royal Oak Township Says YES on One

Higher Educational institutions like Michigan State University will prosper in the research and development of Hemp product if Proposal 1 passes. Just recently, Michigan State University in East Lansing MI was awarded a 2.4 million dollar grant form the National Institute of Health to do just that. MSU is an agricultural institution adopting cannabis research will have national implications for other institutes of higher learning. The revenue generated will be reinvested into student development and soften the damage of legal expenses incurred for a few bad apples that come along every now and then.

Recently Royal Oak Township in Oakland County Michigan had guest investors speak to the citizens regarding the old Mel Farr Ford Dealership converting it into a Marijuana grow and community facility. Project spokesperson former State Senator Virgil K. Smith along with Margret Brenner from Minorities in Marijuana did a great job in explaining the benefits of having a Marijuana facility like this in the community. Currently 8 mile road is a major trunk line that will allow potential customers easy access and exit with a community benefits agreement for cannabis to hire Royal Oak Township residents and direct where revenues are going. For instance, 30% of all revenue from sales will go toward local cities and townships, enabling them to have their own police, fire and educational system instead of paying Oakland County for them.

The Breakdown of revenue for Royal Oak Township, Oakland County and, State of Michigan goes like this: Local home rule provisions will allow locals to regulate facilities and secure local approval before getting licensed by the MM Licensing Board. These laws will help manage the estimated new jobs created by taxing facilities at the rate of %3 that will be distributed in the following manner.
  • %30 to Counties (no more bankrupt Royal Oak Township)
  • %30 to the General Fund diverted to the Firefighter Presumption of Cancer and First Responders Presumed Coverage Fund
  • %25 to municipalities
  • %5   to County Sheriffs
  • %5   to MCOLES for training local police officers
  • %5   to the Michigan State Police

When you vote in November it's to remember what happens in December. The Lame Duck legislature already has their plan in place to change your votes on Proposals 1, 2, and 3 because the Current Governor; Attorney General and Justices on State Supreme Court will let them do it. They are in charge until December 31st, 2018 at 11:59:59pm. With the support of the current Justices, they will render your votes invalid just like the Emergency Managers and other laws passed by the people. One of the clearest example of Voter Fraud is to allow the legislature to reinstate laws that were rejected by voters using the same language as a line item budget amendment to prevent it from being changed.

A vote for Samuel will stop their Lame Duck Plans

With a new Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and Supreme Court Judges ALL of the damage will be reversed through a massive system overhaul of processes and procedures. Electing a Lt. Governor with a Microsoft background in Garlin Gillcrest, the needed changes will be made with cabinet level oversight. New Judges in the Supreme Court will undo the process of voter fraud by legislators into disallowing a legislature to override the votes of the people.

From Now until November 6th, 2018 @ 7:59pm  #ShowUpAndVote at your polling place to be the change agent you need to be.

VOTE YES on  1, 2, 3 and, WCCD!
