Happy Heavenly Birthday Mama Rose Elaine Clement and Walter Robert Clement (With a Posthumous Resolution from the Detroit Police Department)

On this September 19th, 2023,  we honor the heavenly birthday of my mom Rose Elaine Clement and, the passing of Walter Robert Clement on September 19th, 2022. Walter was an awesome brother that will be missed by all of his loved ones. His widow Saundra Eddie took great care of him in his final days battling the uncurbable Lou Gehrig's Disease commonly known as ALS. Walter left a a lasting impact on his community as a teacher, statesman and as an employee of the Detroit Police Department.

Walter pushed me to greatness from grade school to high school and, was very hard on me for being a marijuana activist. Some days I could have applied for a bus mechanic job after he got through with me. There were other times that he wanted to arrest me for it and, I am glad that he did not. He was very stunned that he came down with ALS and called out to his brothers for help.

Watching him go through the pain of being an active person to being totally immobile as the disease consumed his body was painful to watch. As the disease intensified, he used Cannabis products to combat the side effects of  ALS until he could take his last breath. The Clement family appreciates all the cards and condolences from everyone, especially the Detroit Police Department and the Eight Mile neighborhood family that embraced him.

Send Danny “The Professor of Pot” Trevino out the door in 2024 with a Pardon from the President of the United States.

 "No Tokers Left Behind"

In January of 2020, Daniel Dario Trevino was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a Federal Judge in Grand Rapids Michigan. He was convicted under federal charges for growing over one hundred Cannabis plants and will be released in 2032. His appeal to the Sixth Circuit Court in Cincinnati OH, was denied in 2021. He has since appealed to the US Supreme Court who may or may not hear his case at all.

Mr. Trevino was targeted by US Attorney General Jeff Sessions and State of Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette.  Both men are avid pot-haters and true to their cause of injustice for all who indulge in the use of God’s plant.  Starting with Bill Schutte, he tried twenty-six times to prosecute Danny for marijuana crimes even though the people spoke loud and clear in 2008 and 2018 to “Free The Weed for the jobs we need” with sixty-three and fifty-nine percent of the vote respectively.

In 2010 Danny Trevino had three locations in Grand Rapids, Jackson and, Lansing Michigan where he taught classes on how to grow, cultivate, and sell medical marijuana to patients with a valid government identification issued by the State of Michigan. After numerous raids and arrests, Mr. Schuette went “Justice Shopping” for a Federal Judge to convict Mr. Trevino.  With help from US Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Mr. Schutte was able to get an arrest and conviction for violating federal marijuana laws.  The real dagger to Mr. Trevino came with Jeff Sessions invalidated the Cole Memo issued by the previous Attorney General Eric Holder who said that states rights will be respected on their decision to allow for Medical Marijuana use.

The “good” news is that he was moved from a medium security prison in Ohio to a low security camp in Terra Haute Indiana as of July 2023. He also has access to the internet and can be communicated through Facebook.  While we applaud the change in scenery, this is not enough because many more entrepreneurs and corporate cannabis business are making billions manufacturing and selling Cannabis, Danny Trevino has been incarcerated since June of 2019 for doing the same thing.

His daughter has been able to see him for only 10 minutes since 2019 because of the policies in the Federal Bureau of Prisons that regulate visiting hours. In the meantime, if you want to send any financial support, you can use MoneyGram, Western Union or, United States Postal Service by following the procedure stated on the Federal Bureau of Prisons website at www.bop.gov/inmates/communications.jsp

Therefore, I want you to go to the White House website at www.whitehouse.gov/contact and send a message to President Joseph R. Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to let him serve the rest of his time with home confinement until a complete expungement of all federal marijuana charges with an immediate pardon of all federal marijuana charges.

Tell President Joe to let our people go!

United States vs Daniel Dario Trevino - Call President Joe and Tell Him to Let Our People Go! Free All Federal Pot Prisoners in 2023 or Hit the door in 2024

In 2024, national primary and general elections for President and offices down the ballot will be held in the United States of America. At the federal level, the war on weed is the last frontier for change of policy on Cannabis and, there are still prisoners within the Federal Bureau of Prisons system for Cannabis Crimes. As of this writing, there are thirty-eight state legislatures in the 50 United States that have enacted new laws regarding the plant from GOD. To add an amendment to the Constitution, a two-thirds vote from both Houses of Congress or, two-thirds of the fifty state legislatures request one by calling a constitutional convention for that purpose. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths vote of both Houses of the US Congress or, by three-fourths of the conventions called by each state for ratification.

 DANIEL DARIO TREVINO # 22241-040

One of those prisoners is from Lansing Michigan by the name of Danny “The Professor or Pot” Trevino. On August 23, 2019, a jury of his "peers” found Danny Trevino and three other defendants guilty in a Grand Rapids Michigan Federal Court on ten counts of:

  • Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises,
  • Conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to sell marijuana.

Mr. Trevino was convicted of possessing one hundred or more plants at a business by the name of Hydro-World in Lansing and Jackson Michigan. Hydro world was a business that dispensed, use, consumed and educated customers on the benefits of Cannabis. Mr. Trevino was operating under state law as defined by the passing of Medical Marijuana in 2008.

USDOJ Press Release: Self Proclaimed "Professor of Pot"  Sentenced to 15 years in Prison

Mr. Trevino was raided by State and Federal law enforcement officials while other businesses were operating and making money in the marijuana industry. Mr. Trevino was successful twenty-six times in State Courts defending his right to participate as a business owner in the industry against a rabid anti-cannabis Bill Schuette, the Attorney General of the State of Michigan.

Because of those stinging defeats at the state level Bill Schutte went to a Federal Court Judge in the Western District of Michigan to charge him with Federal Crimes. Growing over one hundred plants is the ultimate sin to insure imprisonment in federal court. Trevino was sentenced in January 2020 to 15 years and, the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati OH, upheld the sentence denying his appeal in 2021. His last step of appeal is the US Supreme Court, and their record of judgement is prohibitionist leaning anti-cannabis, while the other defendants served their time and released from prison.

Message from Danny Trevino - Article

As Mr. Trevino rots in a Federal Bureau of Prisons facility in Ohio, many other corporate businesses have come to Michigan, owning and operating Cannabis provisioning centers that bring in over $59 million dollars in revenue to cities, counties, and townships in the State of Michigan.

You are strongly encouraged to call the White House Switchboard at (202) 456-1111 on Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 11am to 3pm eastern standard time to speak with an agent for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Or you can reach them at this website www.whitehouse.gov/contact 24 hours a day and, write a message to them saying we want an Executive Order to remove all occupants from Bureau of Prisons facilities that have been convicted of Marijuana crimes with a pardon upon you signature. It is time for the ultimate expungement and cost saving moves in the Federal Government.

Tell President Joe, to let our people go!
