Vote Detroit Public School Board Members for Change - ELECT 3 for DPSCD by Nov 3.

On July 31st, 2020  the Detroit City Council Airport Taskforce gave a presentation hosted by Councilmember Scott Benson. Invited to this event was weed warrior Richard "Free The Weed" Clement an elected precinct delegate of his community.  He has been an outspoken advocate for using hemp fuel as an alternative fuel source for aircraft and city owned vehicles.

At that meeting Mayor Mike Duggan released his plan to reduce the airport by removing runway 25 from the grounds to build a factory. He also said that the Federal Aviation Administration and MDOT offered a 95 to 1 ratio of funding to cities and schools for the purposes of development as a matter of fact. All they require is a plan. With a sound business plan, the airline industry will return to normal and, new air carriers will offer services at the airport with flights, creating jobs.

The rumor of expanding City Airport will shut down Metro Airport will be rendered null and void. Instead it will be a partnership with a new Wayne County Airport Authority that includes Wayne County Community College and, DPSCD. By electing Detroit Public School board members with a vison, this money will allow for the development of a Wayne County Regional Airport partnership with Detroit Public Schools.

Homeowners will be paid to relocate and paid well. Especially the all the property between Van Dyke and Conner, including the church on French Road because they will be sacrificing their property for a new dual purpose runway for training education and General aviation. Commercial  airlines will have a longer runway that extends from McNichols (6 mile) to Gratiot for their and, a new tunnel under McNichols using allocated FAA and USDOT funding programs.  For every one dollar that the City of Detroit and, Detroit Public Schools invest into the airport grounds, the federal government will match it with 95 dollars to help complete the project.

Interested airline carriers such as Delta, Jet Blue and a host of others have often indicated support for this effort because of the need for people in the aviation industry. Surveys were performed by previous city councilmembers demonstrated the benefit of investment into City Airport with city pension funds instead of a pipeline from Lake Huron to Flint. If the management from Lansing would have taken the proper actions, the people would have realized a 95 to one return on their investment. Because of poor decisions made, the Detroit Public School district lost jobs and revenue from landing fees from missing air traffic.

The expansion of  Benjamin O. Davis HS will include internship programs in fighting fires at an airport with the Detroit Fire Department. This will take away the excuse given by Mayor Duggan that certain pilots will not land in Detroit because there are no fire trucks on site with proper equipment.  With a better plan presented to MDOT and FAA, all of this can be accomplished quickly.

Finally, the current board does not reflect the history and legacy of the Detroit Public Schools. Jared Finney, Dr. Ethelene Crockett should have never been removed from the system. To repair the damage of years from emergency mismanagement upon our schools, this entire board must be replaced with people who have a vested interest in the future and direction of DPS. Retired Teachers and State Representatives with education backgrounds, along with technology professionals educated in the Detroit Public School system belong on school boards.

Elect Richard C. Clement to the Detroit Public School Board Community District on or before 8pm Nov 3rd, 2020.

Pot Protest Rally Lansing Michigan - Lee, Lee. Set Them Free!

A Message from a Crusader for Cannabis,
"After further review it has been determined that weed is safer than Opioids and Covid19."
If anybody needs to storm the State Capitol, people who support the right to use, grow and, manufacture products with Cannabis should be right there. While some of you are mad at the Governor for trying to save lives, we have people in the Michigan Department of Corrections locked up in prison for decades because of marijuana crimes.

Every time we ask  Governor Gretchen Whitmer to pardon all Michigan pot prisoners, we are told it has to go through the State legislature. This amounts to a gridlock that leads to getting nothing done. For this protest leave your guns at home and, bring your best cannabis to the Capitol Dome. Practice social distancing by standing 6 feet apart and, wear a mask after you smoke your bud.

State Representative Lee Chatfield
 Speaker of the Michigan House

Go to the office of State Representative Lee Chatfield and demand that all pot prisoners like Mike Thompson and, others like him be pardoned with immediate effect.  If you are sending an email  please write Lee, Lee. Set Them Free in the subject line. If you are calling him, leave a voicemail message for him and end it by saying Lee, Lee. Set them free two times before you hang up.
Call Lee Free at Phone: 517-373-2629 or Email: LeeChatfield@house.mi.gov

Pot Prisoner - Mike Thompson - Michigan Dept. of Corrections

Don't stop there, proceed to the offices of State Senator Mike Shirkey and, Governor Gretchen Whitmer and demand the following actions to be taken by our government.
  • An executive order(Pardon) to evict all residents of Corrections department housing who are in there for Cannabis crimes against the people.
    • With Mike Thompson at the head of the list!.
  • Amend House Bill 5120 to remove marijuana testing as a condition of employment in Michigan before being signed into law.
In addition to that request, we want their support to add a new amendment to the United States Constitution protecting the civil rights of citizens using cannabis and allow for the manufacturing of products from the plant.

Some of the products that can be made from Cannabis is Concrete or Hempcrete. This would fix a whole lot of damn roads, especially in the neighborhoods.  Cleaner fuel, home construction, are some of the other products that can be made from the cannabis plant.

To successfully add a new amendment,  38 out of 50 state governments must approve the wording of the language by a majority vote. Taking this action will create new revenue for jobs, improve the climate and remove all pot prisoners from federal custody immediately.

Please remember that 2020 is an election year in August and November. Vote by August 4th 2020 in Michigan and, again by November 3rd in the United States for candidates who will reform laws and policies regarding Cannabis in our cities, townships, counties, states and, the entire country.

Cannabis and the Corona Virus? The World Health Organization Was Right!

Field Report by Weed Warrior
Filed March 24, 2020

As the Corona virus spreads around the world, the actions of international, federal, state and, local governments is astonishing. A declaration by the World Health Organization of a global pandemic caused governments to, limit public gatherings and, people being ordered to stay in their homes under the threat of fines or arrest. While everyone is staying locked down, the world around us has come to the realization that Cannabis is not a dangerous drug.

#LetWeedomRing for the health of our planet.

The World Health Organization made a declaration to remove Cannabis from the international controlled substances list. They declared that marijuana has medical use and, is beneficial to people suffering with various medical conditions. Many countries adapted to the change with minimal effort. However, there are some elected leaders that dismissed science and sent their nations into a global recession because of their blatant disrespect of subject experts. Countries like Canada and Mexico were okay with the change and others were not.

In a direct quote from the World Health Organization.
"At its November 2017 meeting, the WHO Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD) concluded that, in its pure state, cannabis does not appear to have abuse potential or cause harm. "

The ECDD made a recommendation for a YES vote to permanently remove Cannabis from the dangerous substances list. Unfortunately, in March 2019, member nations of the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime, led by the United States of America prevented that vote from taking place. At their annual meeting in Vienna Austria, the excuse given was more time was needed to do research on the Cannabis plant. As of this writing there is no plan to take up the legislation again.

Website(PDF): UN Agenda Item 9(a) Cannabis Rescheduling
Website: World Health Organization Recommends Rescheduling Cannabis (Forbes 2019)

The policy toward the treatment of cannabis users is a pandemic of epic proportions. Depending on what country you live in, you will be arrested, convicted and, in some countries the given death penalty.

By re-classifying cannabis, international prisoners of pot like Marc Emery of Canada and Danny Trevino of Lansing Michigan, Mike Thompson of Flint Michigan and others would be subjected to immediate eviction from their public housing units and allowed the freedom of international travel.

Roads, Runways and, Highways can be rebuilt with concrete developed from the Hemp Plant. This  change in policy would remove the farming industry from bankruptcy and, independent farmers from SNAP/Bridge Cards programs creating lots of jobs. For instance, the need for mass production of ventilators will dictate to employers to stop drug testing people for cannabis as a condition of employment.

TAKE ACTION NOW!!!

What you can do is to let elected officials that are applying or re-applying for their jobs in August and November elections to support the cause of adding a new amendment to the United States Constitution to specifically addressing Cannabis. This plant is human right, essential to our environment, and will help  stabilize the world economy. Issues like climate change and incarceration will be greatly affected to benefit the USA and the World if this effort results in a new law. In order to add a new amendment to the US Constitution 38 out of 50 states need to approve the update to the articles.

Finally, you must demand that the current or future person that is elected to the Office of the President of the United States, orders a YES vote for global cannabis reform at the next meeting of the UNODC in Vienna Austria.

Yes it can be done.
Yes indeed..

2020 US Senate Battleground States Regarding Cannabis Reform in America.

A Public Service Message from the 420 Green Jobs Coalition.

If you live in any one of these states, it is very important that you elect a US Senator that supports marijuana decriminalization, removing marijuana from the Controlled Substances act and, evicting all federal prisoners incarcerated for Marijuana crimes. As of now 40 out of 50 states have laws or legislation to legalize or decriminalize federal marijuana crimes.

States that have CBD oil and reduced sentences are a start but, we must do better than just an half-ass effort that results in continued imprisonment for marijuana crimes at state and federal levels.

Don't let a Mike Bloomberg type pull a deep fake on you regarding Marijuana reform.  Stop and frisking someone for using marijuana as a medicine is an unpardonable sin. Supporting Gov. Rick Snyder does not help either.  All you have to do is look at the job done in Flint MI. Mr. Bloomberg supported anti-marijuana efforts in Michigan and, was unsuccessful in doing so.

Currently two member nations of the United Nations Office of Drug Control, the United States and, Russia are blocking a vote in Vienna Austria to decriminalize Cannabis worldwide by demanding more research. The action by these two member states is continuing the policy of mass incarceration in State and Federal prisons.

With a change in the Senate, the Food and Drug Administration will assist the Drug Enforcement Agency on policy toward the Cannabis plant. In Kentucky for example cannabis is a viable alternative to the Opioid abuse crisis and, bankrupt farmers could retain ownership of their property.  There are so many people in federal jails for Marijuana like Danny Trevino of the  Lansing Michigan Four and, Mike Thompson in the State of Michigan. Some of the senators listed below are blocking legislation to drastically overhaul the process.

The good news is that there are Senate candidates like Doug Jones that have been friendly to Marijuana reform in Alabama and, is facing strong opposition by candidates who want to maintain the status quo In Georgia, there are TWO seats open if everyone who knows someone cities like Augusta, Atlanta, Griffin, Macon for starters, takes their blunt to the ballot box, good things will happen.

420 Green Jobs Coalition with Attorney Jeff Hank

With a different group of jurors in the Senate, federal judges who continue to support the fallacy of  marijuana being a Schedule I drug with no value, can be impeached, reprimanded, removed and, replaced if necessary. It takes the approval of 38 out of 50 states to add a new amendment to the US Constitution to decriminalize and manufacture products using the Cannabis plant.  As of February 2020, 40 states that have approved Cannabis use in oils, medically, and recreational form.

Therefore you must show up and vote for 420 cannabis friendly candidates in your state on or, before November 3rd, 2020 8pm local time.

2020 US Senate Election and Marijuana Reform - Wake Up Call Y'all

Public Service Announcement.

Did you know that federal judges can be impeached?  Continuing to enforce draconian marijuana laws despite the will of the people in 40 states out of the 50 in the union is a disgrace.  The only way to stop this is to elect Senators who will do the job and remove them from the bench.

Before you cast your vote this year, ask these 35 Senators that are up for re-election in your state the following questions.

  • Where do they stand on Amending the US Constitution to include a new amendment to remove Marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act?
  • What is their position on the immediate dismissal of federal marijuana crimes for all citizens of the land?
  • Why is the FDA preventing member nations of the United Nations Office of Drug Control preventing a vote on the recommendation of the  World Health Organization to decriminalize Marijuana?

Depending on their answer, cast your ballot accordingly.
