CAB with Canada's Princess of Pot Mrs. Jodie Emery - August 2014 |
5 years after the US Drug Enforcement Agency arrested a Canadian citizen by the name of Marc Scott Emery, imprisoned him for 5 years and deported via the Detroit/Windsor Tunnel for Marijuana Crimes, New Canadian law for has been established for users of cannabis as their medicine. Persons entering Canada with a valid Medical Marijuana card from another country will not be subject to arrests or fines if the person:
1. Declares their Medical Marijuana Card to border officers
2. Posses 8 grams or less of cannabis
If are selected to go to secondary inspection and, you have ANY amount in your possession, then you must turn it in to Canadian Border Security Agency officers. By declaring your card you are protected under international law and you will not be arrested, strip searched, or fined. Then you will be allowed access into Canada and back. Anything over that amount will get you arrested fined and refused entry into the country. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MEDICINE BACK!
Returning Citizen Marc Emery from 5 years of imprisonment for Marijuana Crimes of selling seeds. |
This is a major change in policy from the Canadian government on the treatment of American Medical Marijuana patients at ports of entry into Canada. Prime Minister Trudeau is to be commended for taking such bold action on implementing sensible cannabis policy. We hope that Canadian citizens who are medical patients are given the same treatment when they come to the United States. As a favor we hope the Trudeau Government will have storage lockers for patients who mistakenly bring their Canada so that when you return home to Detroit, you can retrieve your medicine at the Duty Free before you leave the country. This man deserves re-election because we don't need another Donald Trump in the great white north. Anybody in Washington D.C. wanting to start a war with Canadians is a damn fool.
Canada says YES to Canabis |
Mexico says YES to Cannabis! |
